Early Pregnancy

A class designed for women only in the first five months of pregnancy or those contemplating pregnancy. The one night class provides a better understanding of the changes of pregnancy and is a good foundation for Prepared Childbirth Classes.

Fetal growth and development
Prenatal care and testing
Nutrition
Environmental influences
Exercise
